I’ve been a bit of an outdoor aficionado since I was a small kid. My parents used to take me camping around summer, and we even changed it and went somewhere new almost every time, even though revisiting an old classic was never out of the question. For the time that passed by though, as I have progressed from a young boy into a blossoming adult, I’ve run into a small problem when I am out eyeing the wilderness by all of the lakes and rivers that I’ve seen upon. When you are out under the hot summer sun and you are bathing, hiking, running, playing and generally being quite active, the body tends to perspire quite a bit. This can get a little odorous, a little funky odorous. So I’ve been studying some sort of portable shower solution so that I can hose myself down and get rid of the pungent smell while still getting to enjoy the outdoors and go camping without being that mindful about my smells.

I was looking around at all the places that sell camping accessories, and I bumped into a couple types of portable showers. It transpires that I am not the only one to face this issue, and several of people came up with some pretty wise solutions. Every single one has its own advantages and disadvantages : solar powered camping shower is much friendly to the environment, and besides, not a lot of people go out to camp in the winter or when the sun isn’t out, so having no power isn’t going to be much of a concern. They do tend to be a little bit expensive than the other types, but the difference in cost is not that obvious, and while the power is a bit weaker than the alternatives I’ve found, it’s still perfectly appropriate enough to stay aseptic with. Propane portables showers need the fuel which almost counteracts the price dip they come at, but they’re Electric ones can get inserted into your car to shower, so as long as you have got a little privacy (some of them come with their own do-it-yourself temporary stalls so you can shower in peace), it’s a pretty good style and practically won’t ever fail you.

A problem I had in upon getting a good portable shower was simply finding one that was high quality at a good price. I looked around and most outlets don’t really accommodate large sections for stuff like this.
